Pool & sauna
Our heated indoor pool (14 m, 29 °C) sits under the brick vaults of the former warehouse, framed by stone columns and daylight from the courtyard lightwells. Next to it: a Finnish sauna at 85 °C, a steam room, and a relaxation lounge with herbal teas and infused water.
Open daily 7:00 am – 9:00 pm for hotel guests, included in the room rate.
Adults-only hours 7:00 – 9:00 pm. Towels, robes and slippers are provided in the changing rooms.
Treatments
Our therapists work with organic products from a Charleston apothecary. Treatments are booked at the front desk, by phone, or simply through the chat — ideally a day ahead.
60 min · $145 — full body, warm oil, tailored pressure.
60 min · $155 / 90 min · $215
50 min · $135 — cleanse, peel, hydrate.
30 min · $85 — neck, shoulders and feet after a long flight.
Treatments daily 9:00 am – 8:00 pm. Cancellations free of charge up to 12 hours in advance.

Open 24 hours with your room key — Technogym cardio and strength equipment, free weights, yoga mats.
Every Tuesday and Saturday at 7:00 am a member of our team leads a 5 km loop through the squares to Forsyth Park.
Eight hotel bicycles, free for guests, first come first served — helmets and locks at the front desk.
Sunday 8:30 am, April to October, $15 per person, mats provided.
